The fourth photo is an absolute stunner. Features her tattoos beautifully. The second last one is my favorite though- she looks incredible in that one.
A couple of thoughts on these... like you I'm not a fan of tattoos but I thought Niña's added something.
The reflector problem you might be able to solve by balancing a circular collapsable reflector on a chair, a 90cm one that folds down to about 50cm. I have used the thin Polyboard sheets A2 size propped up on a chair. I think the bedlinen looks overexposed, was this a deliberate choice I wonder? Great shots though, working in a tiny space is never easy.
Thanks for the encouragement about still bringing a reflector 😁 I suspect there are times when I could still make use of one, even by myself, by propping it up on something nearby (or even holding it myself - I could probably one-hand shoot the occasional frame if I needed to...

I think they are an option if light is a problem.
